Be Safe Be Seen - Your Questions Answered

Enquiries about our Be Safe Be Seen presentations are ramping up, so we thought we’d be extra helpful and cover a few FAQs here for you.

When can I hold a presentation?

The presentations will be available from this week  onwards. You can book from Tuesday – Friday during business hours. Out-of-hours sessions are available by negotiation.

Where are the presentations held?

We come to you! As long as your workplace or organisation is within one of our four delivery zones, (you can check here), Bike SA’s presenter will deliver at your location.

What are the minimum and maximum required numbers?

The minimum number of attendees for a presentation is 12. The maximum is only limited by the space you have available – the more the merrier!

What if I can’t meet the minimum attendee number?

No problem. Take a scout around, and chat to other small organisations or businesses about the possibility of combining for a session. It’s a great way to network with others in your local area. If you’re stuck, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Who are the presentations for?

Everyone and anyone that uses our roads. Beginner cyclists, experienced commuters, motorists… Whoever you are, whatever your cycling experience and whatever mode of transport you use – you will come away with surprising, NEW and useful information.

What do I need to provide?

A suitable space to present in, seating where possible, a data projector and / or screen, an audience and 30 minutes (the running time of each session).

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The program is fully funded, and 100% FREE to workplaces and organisations within our delivery zones.

How do I book?

It’s easy. Jump online and go to http://www.bikesa.asn.au/be-safe-be-seen. Follow the ‘Book Now’ links, and you’re away! There’s also a ‘More info’ link if you need it. Why not take a look now?

If you have any other queries, or just want to chat about the program, you can contact us at communications@bikesa.asn.au or ph: 8168 9909.

Don’t forget: We have a limited number of high quality USB bike lights and cycling safety gift packs to give away to new attendees.
